Choose Your Float
Find a session that fits your comfort level, whether you are new to floating or ready for a longer, quieter pause.
First Float Session
New to floating? This session gives you time to settle in and learn how the float room works. You can choose to float with the lid open or closed, and you can get out whenever you like. Before your session, staff can explain the room and answer questions so you know what to expect.
Standard Float
A standard float offers a private space to pause from everyday noise. The water is warmed to a comfortable temperature and contains Epsom salt, which helps your body float. You control the light and sound settings, and there is no need to follow a particular routine. Arrive with time to prepare and settle in.
Extended Float
An extended session gives you extra time in the float room without needing to rush through your quiet break. It may suit guests who have floated before and want a longer period to rest. You can adjust the room settings to your preference and end the session when you are ready.
Float Room Orientation
If you are unsure whether floating is for you, an orientation can help you feel more prepared. Learn how to enter and exit the room, use the light and sound controls, and rinse before and after a float. Ask about accessibility, personal comfort, and what to bring before choosing a session.
